How do I set up my NFC ring/bracelet for payments?

  2. Register and link your preferred debit/credit card.
  3. Follow the instructions in the app to activate and link your NFC ring or bracelet.

Is it safe to use my NFC ring/bracelet for payments?

Yes! The NFC ring and bracelet useCurve’s secure payment system, ensuring encrypted transactions. Additionally, you can manage your payment settings and freeze/unfreeze your wearable via the Curve App.

Can I change the payment card linked to my NFC ring/bracelet?

Yes! The Curve App allows you to switch between different payment cards, giving you flexibility without needing a new wearable.

What happens if I lose my NFC ring or bracelet?

If lost, immediately open theCurve Appand freeze your NFC ring/bracelet to prevent unauthorized transactions. You can also contact Curve support for assistance.

How does the NFC business card work?

The NFC business card contains a built-in NFC chip that allows you to share your contact details, website, social media, and even PDFs by simply tapping it on a smartphone.

Can I update my business card details after purchase?

Yes! Our NFC business cards are fully customizable, allowing you to update your details at any time through our online portal.

Pet Tag

How does the NFC pet tag work?

If someone finds your lost pet, they can tap the NFC tag with their smartphone to access your contact details and send you the pet’s live location.

Can I update my pet's details on the tag?

Yes! You can update your contact information and other details anytime through our online dashboard.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Custom-engraved or personalized products are not eligible for returns unless there is a defect.

How do I request a refund?

Can I exchange my NFC ring if the size doesn’t fit?

Yes, we offer a one-time free exchange for incorrect ring sizes. You must request the exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.

What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged product?


If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. For items damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible and within 7 days so we can raise a claim with the carrier. This does not affect your statutory rights.
