- For iPhone users: Tap near the top of the phone (by the camera).
- For Android users: Tap the middle of the back of the phone.
Step 2: Your pet’s profile opens instantly in their browser — no app needed.
It shows your pet’s name, photo, and your chosen contact options.
Step 3: The Finder can Call, Send An SMS, or Email, automatically sharing their GPS location and a photo of your pet.

Create an account or log in with your existing details.
2. Activate Your Tag
Select “Add New Tag” and enter the Activation Code that comes with your FindPal Pet Tag to activate it.
3. Customize Your Pet Profile
Add your pet’s name, photo, breed, and emergency contacts.
You can also choose what information to display — such as Phone, SMS, or Email — while keeping private details hidden.
4. Stay Connected Securely
Once activated, your tag is ready to use. When scanned, finders can contact you through Call, SMS, or Email, and share their location and a photo instantly.

How Do Finders Know If My Pet Is Lost?
The FindPal Pet Tag includes a Lost Mode feature. When you activate it from your account, the pet’s profile will show a clear “LOST PET – HELP ME! PLEASE SEND MY LOCATION TO MY OWNER” alert to anyone who scans the tag.
This lets finders immediately know your pet needs help — and they can quickly Call, SMS, or Email, sending their GPS Location & A Photo to help reunite you faster.
What If I Lose The Pet Tag?
You can deactivate your old tag and link a new one to your existing pet profile.
Is It Waterproof?
Yes, the tag is waterproof and built for everyday use — perfect for walks, rain, or outdoor adventures.
Can I Hide My Personal Information?
Yes! You have full control over what appears on your pet’s profile. If you don’t wish to share your Phone Number or Address, you can simply leave those fields empty. Only your Email address is Required so finders can still contact you safely.
