6a. Google Drive Data

If you choose to connect your Google Account, SmartNFlex will request the scope
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. This allows you to:

  • Select files from your Google Drive using the Google Picker.

  • Allow us to read basic metadata of the files you select (such as file name, ID, type, and link).

  • Update the file’s sharing permissions so it becomes accessible via a shareable link.

We only access files you explicitly select. We do not access, view, or store any other content from your Google Drive. If you make a file public, we store the shareable link in our database so it can be displayed on your digital business card or pet tag profile. You may revoke our access at any time in your Google Account permissions.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate information.

  • Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).

  • Restrict or object to processing.
