1) Your legal rights (quick summary)

Change of mind (online orders). You can cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving them. After you tell us you’re cancelling, you have another 14 days to send the items back. We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods or your proof of posting (whichever is earlier), including the basic/standard delivery you originally paid.

Faulty goods. You have a short-term right to reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days (and within 6 months) you’re entitled to a repair or replacement first; if that isn’t possible or isn’t provided in a reasonable time, you can get a refund or price reduction. Remedies are free of charge and should be provided without significant inconvenience.

Your statutory rights under UK law always apply and aren’t affected by this policy.


2) Items excluded from change-of-mind returns

You can’t return items just because you changed your mind where the law says exclusions apply, including:

  1. Personalised or custom-configured products (e.g., NFC items engraved or encoded to your specification).
  2. Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
    (If an excluded item is faulty, your rights in Section 6 still apply.)

3) Who pays return postage?

  • Change of mind: You pay the return postage (unless we say otherwise). If we offer a prepaid label, we may deduct its cost from your refund if you choose to use it.

  • Faulty/incorrect item received: We cover reasonable return costs or provide a prepaid label.


4) How to cancel (change-of-mind)

  1. Tell us within 14 days of delivery that you want to cancel (email is fine, or use the form in Section 10).

  2. Send the items back within 14 days after you tell us.

  3. Keep proof of posting. We can withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof of posting.

5) Refunds

  • Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods or your proof of posting.

  • We refund the item price and your basic/standard delivery cost. Premium/express delivery isn’t refunded.

  • If items were handled more than necessary to check their nature and characteristics, we may deduct for diminished value.


6) Faulty items (Consumer Rights Act remedies)

If your item is faulty or not as described:

  • Within 30 days of delivery: you can reject it for a full refund.

  • After 30 days and within 6 months: you’re entitled to a repair or replacement; if that’s not possible or not done in a reasonable time, you can claim a price reduction or refund.

  • These remedies are free of charge and should be provided without significant inconvenience.

7) Exchanges

Prefer an exchange instead of a refund for a change-of-mind return? Tell us when you request your return. Exchanges depend on stock.


8) Our voluntary warranty (in addition to your rights)

We offer a 24-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Once approved, we aim to ship a replacement within 72 hours (subject to stock and courier times). The warranty doesn’t cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.


9) Condition of returned goods & proof of purchase

Please return items securely packaged with all accessories. Keep your order confirmation/receipt—we may ask for it to locate your purchase.
