1) Where we ship

We ship worldwide.

2) Carriers & choices at checkout

In the UK we use Post Office (Drop & Go) and DHL.
At checkout you’ll see the available services and prices for your address and can choose the option you prefer. You’ll also see a real-time estimated delivery date.

3) Processing time

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00.
Typical processing time: 1–6 working days. We’ll email you a dispatch confirmation with tracking as soon as your order ships.

4) Delivery times

  • United Kingdom: 1–2 working days from dispatch. Standard UK delivery is free.

  • International: usually 1–6 working days from dispatch, depending on destination. Tracking is included for all international orders.

Delivery windows are estimates; remote areas and peak periods may take longer.

5) Address accuracy & delivery issues

Please check your shipping address carefully. We can’t change addresses after dispatch. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we can resend it once any re-delivery postage is paid.

6) Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it’s lost in transit, contact us promptly with your order number and photos (if damaged) so we can investigate with the carrier.
